I guess you could say I'm fairly obsessed with H*R. I watch at least one toon everyday, I'm trying to learn how to draw the characers (I'm pretty good at Strong Sad and The Cheat, and now I'm working on Homsar), and I've been trying to think up a good idea to write a fanfic about.

Yeah, I'm obsessed with it, but there's other things I'm obsessed with a lot more.

Homestarrunner.com is my life. I spend hours on the site and wiki a day if anyone of you think you are more obsessed than me post and tell me

I'd say I'm obsesssed with H*R. Not extremely, like "Holy cow, don't you do anything else?!?" But I quote it all the time, most people know I love it, etc, etc.

How can it be sad? I'm obsessed with H*R, an I love it.

Woah. Forgot about that one.
Yes, quotes come up quite often, which is annoying becuase no one around here seems to know about it, so I can't say them out loud. I almost called this female coworker "Marzipan" today, but she would have no idea what I meant so I think I would have weirded her out.

I also say "that was a good Image nap." after I wake up from an afternoon snooze. There is a H*R quote for everything.

Well, when I'm bored at school, and the class is noisy, it's fun to shout "JIBNEY!" Yes, it's not a real H*R reference, I know. But it's great fun to do.

I also like to say "Heyyo", "awwiiiiiiiiiight" and Homsar's walking noise. My little brother says "Oh, hello, Dello!"

It's actually more this Forum that's been taking over my everyday life than anything else. I haven't even been going on H*R that much lately outside of the new updates! I guess it's now official - I'm unable to go a day or two without making at least some reference to terms coined by H*R, or people around this place. And I make a lot of those references in normal conversation, even! ;)

I was more addicted to the forum, but the random toon button is turning the tide. This really is an easy place to spend time in.

The fact that H*R has consumed my life ( even though now that I think about it, the forum consumes more ) is sad because I waste my time watching them! Even though it is hilarious, I have more important things to do, and I get distracted by H*R.

i go to the h*r site when i really don't want to do my math 127 homework... but even if i had (heaven forbid!!) never heard of the site, i would be finding other ways to avoid the work. it consumes time... but i would otherwise be playing computer games or doing something else. at least this way i'm kinda "learning" about flash.

i have to admit that i wonder sometimes about my sanity though... like last night i stayed up till almost 4 am last night making a sweet home-made homestar flash toon for myself cuz i... i don't really know why. needless to say i was a zombie today after getting up at 7 in the morning. :hr:

i don't really know how to put the toon anywhere. the farthest i go when making flash is hitting the publish button and making it into a regular flash movie instead of a project. i have friends who take care of the rest when i do flash for them. if you could tell me somewhere to put it and how, i'd be very happy to do so.

there are two of them (very short ones), and one is just silly... homestar visits the state park my dad works at... and the other one is a music video for a clip i found of homestar singing part of "back in black" but the lip syncing is messed up on the version i have right now. i'm still kinda working on that but i could show you what i got so far.

Try searching Google for a flash hosting site, or as Tom and IJ would say, "Have you heard of the popular search engine Google?"

Homestar Back in Black music video: this is my first dealing with sound. I am currently fixing the synchronization problem with the sound and visuals, so consider this a rough draft.

Inside joke thing. My dad manages Glendalough State Park.

I have no explanation for this one. You just have to see it and wonder I guess. I did my own voices for this one for the first time. Probably best flash of mine so far as far as the quality of the thing.

i don't plan on really doing anything with them. they are pretty much personal use only, and i plan to keep it that way. i wasn't even gonna put them on the web until it got mentioned here. the site i put it on deletes it after a certain period of time, so i should be okay. so check them out while you can.

I'm pretty sure they are. They're fanart, and that's protected. As long as she doesn't try to make any money from this, she should be allright.

i'm totally making myself a homestar outfit for a con coming up... is that sad or is that cool? i'm still trying to decide. either way, i'm wearin' it.

and it is an outfit, not a costume... (that's the shred of normality i'm clinging onto in hopes of convincing myself i'm not a total nerd... even though i am and to everyone else it IS a costume...) i'm not wearing like a mask or anything. i'm just basically wearing the red star t shirt i ordered from the site, some white jeans, some white and blue sneakers, and a blue and red cap with a home made propeller. so i didn't go totally nuts with it. sorta.
