I've changed my ringtone to the freshman orientation song from On Break.

I quote it pretty much all the time - so, like everything else I do, it makes me unintelligible to anyone who doesn't like the same things I like. XD

I have a folder full of Homestar stuff. From pictures to quotes. And some music videos. And some sites, like this wiki. And a project I made of the 2008 calendar. And a list of lyrics shown on the music videos, the lyrics from the music of the CD, a list of the music shown on the Songs by Title section, a list of Strong Bad Emails, a list of other toons with the main characters* and the transcripts of the character videos. Oh! And the video of the CD. Everything related to SBCG4AP is also here.

*Yes, I'm fan of the main characters. And only the main characters [You know, the main 12]. :p.

Want to know more or is that enough?

I think about Homstarrunner.com a lot at school to pass time, so it has effected my daily life in a positive way.

Like flicky1991, I quote at times when fitting with rather unexpected precision. This confuses both the friends of mine who do and don't know what I'm talking about, especially if it's rather a long quote.

More recently, it's made me want to attempt at Flash animation...
That crap's hard!

Hey, me too! I recently made a Homestar Runner "activity" (calling it a game would be quite a stretch) where you can change Homestar's shirt color and other details.

I think I can "win" this thread.

Homestarrunner.com is the reason I am an animator today. My entire career is because of it. How about that?!

I attended animation school right after high school and failed utterly. I was so bad at the drawing aspect that I couldn't keep up. Then I switched to graphic design, and that could have been the end of my animation days. But a friend's little brother showed me H*R.com and I become a huge fan. I discovered these two brothers who were not professional animators, but had become animators thanks to Flash. And so I set out for a few years teaching myself Flash (and it was HARD but I did it).

So for the past six years, I've dedicated nearly all my time to working on FredtheMonkey.com, 100% because of Homestarrunner. I'm also back in animation school giving it another shot to take Fred to the next level, and hopefully TV one day. None of this would have happened if not for Homestar, so I'm eternally grateful.

And that is how H*R.com has affected my daily life.
:-D

Sure. Remember, it's not finished, so all the buttons don't work and there are some glitches. I'll let you figure out how all the controls work.

You can also play this:

I didn't invent that game, although I did add the sweet, sweet H*R picture to it.

These past few months have been wearing on me like a caffine withdraw. Ever since December of 2002, I've checked this site every Monday morning at 1am. It's like coffee; but you only need one cup a week.

.... </thread>
(it's a shame I didn't get to say this right after you posted. :p)

but actually <thread> again, because I totes have to throw in my own experiences. Basically, while I haven't done so for about 2 years now, I used to read and write and draw H*R fanstuff nonstop! It was basically my single fandom, but most of my contributions were horrible, so it's a good thing I never posted it online. What's avaliable now is significantly improved from back then.
My brother and I used to quote the latest toon nonstop, too. Aww, I miss that. :-( Gonna have to start throwing some x's inxto my converxaxionx.

Well, I have a new favorite web animation, another cool thing to watch, and once at an Ice Cream parlor, I claimed to be a song from the 60's! :homsar:

And I started saying DELORTED... and I got my friends to say it... they don't even know what it's from :p
