Family Guy's Star Wars spoofs Blue Harvest and Something, Something, Something Dark Side got me thinking, how would the Homestar Runner cast be cast in a Star Wars parody? Like Family Guy, but more-so here, some characters would be double cast as their alternate versions an alter egos I'll start off A New Hope: Luke: Strong Sad (not a great fit, but he seems to be the youngest main cast member and other characters fit better elsewhere) Han: Homestar Runner Leia: Marzipan Chewbacca: Pom Pom Darth Vader: Strong Bad Obi-Wan: King of Town Tarkin: Bubs C-3PO: Coach Z R2-D2: The Cheat Uncle Owen: Senor Cardgage Aunt Beru: Cardboard Marzipan Greedo: Homsar Biggs: Crack Stuntman Dianoga: Worm Storm Troopers: Blue Laser Jawas: A Bunch of Goblins Tusken Raiders: Cast of Teen Girl Squad Empire Strikes Back Luke: Strong Sad Han: Homestar Runner Leia: Marzipan Chewbacca: Pom Pom Darth Vader: Strong Bad Obi-Wan: King of Town C-3PO: Coach Z R2-D2: The Cheat Wampa: King Bubsgonzola Yoda: Marshie Lando: Thnikiman (The only character cool enough to pull off Lando) Boba Fett: Poopsmith Palpatine: Strong Mad (would work surprisingly well due to the slow speaking pattern) Storm Troopers: Blue Laser Return of the Jedi Luke: Strong Sad Han: Homestar Runner Leia: Marzipan Chewbacca: Pom Pom Darth Vader: Strong Bad Obi-Wan: King of Town C-3PO: Coach Z R2-D2: The Cheat Yoda: Marshie Lando: Thnikiman Boba Fett: Poopsmith Palpatine: Strong Mad Storm Troopers: Blue Laser Admiral Akbar: Announcer Wickett: Gunhaver Ewoks: Cheat Commandos Nien Nub: Stinkoman Ranchor: Trogdor Jabba: Da Huuuuge So what do you think? How would you cast it, I missed characters and had trouble with a lot of them (I really feel uneasy posting Strong Sad as Luke). And what about the prequel trilogy? Have a blast? |

The Cheat as R2 and Pom Pom as Chewbacca are both great choices. However, if I had to make a second list, it would look something like this: A New Hope: Luke: Homestar Han: Strong Bad Leia: Marzipan Chewbacca: Pom Pom Darth Vader: The King of Town Obi-Wan: Bubs Tarkin: Coach Z C-3PO: Strong Sad R2-D2: The Cheat I'm not an expert on Star Wars, but I think this came out pretty well. The Poopsmith would stay as Boba Fett and Senor Cardgage would be Yoda. |

Blue Laser doesn't seem to fit in the role of the Stormtroopers that well. Hey, I have an idea. You know how it was revealed in the prequels that the Stormtroopers are mostly clones of Boba Fett? Then we can cast The Poopsmith in the role of Stormtroopers as well as Boba Fett!

What prequels? To clarify, when you say Blue Laser, you're talking about the foot soldiers, not the Blue Laser Commander, right? If so, I think they fit the Stormtrooper role well enough, being relatively faceless and numerous. |
