I recommand the fics written by Shwoo. She's very talented and one of the rather few writers who actually manage to stay in character. There are other good ones, but I hardly ever remember any names.

There's a listing of lots of fanfiction and art on this thread, which I feel died before its time. I just bumped it, so that worked out.

There's also the fanstuff wiki, which unfortunately has been closed for a year, but here's a listing of all the pages. There's some good stuff there, and most of the really bad stuff is no longer there.
