Location: Conquering nations for the Strong Badian Empire...But We're in Space!...and Texas
I made a couple of Strong Badman templates to make your own Strong Badman covers. They aren't that good, but here they are:
Strong Badman template 1
and
Strong Badman template 2

To use them, fill in the background with the color of your choice, put in a villain, put in captions, issue number, and a title, and voila! You've made a Strong Badman cartoon! To see a couple of samples of what I did, see this thread.
