European accents on an American keyboard? Fear not. Simply press "ALT" and type 0233 on your number pad. Or, if you can't find those buttons (Mac users), press "Option" and "E".

Observe...
Pokémon!

Now, let's all be politically correct with our new computer now.

Spanish class. I don't suppose anyone in Canada speaks Spanish, though.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map, and you can see the keystrokes for all the characters.

On a Mac (which my laptop is), you actually have to hit Option+E just to make the accent mark, and then type the letter you want under it ('e'), and there are some other keystrokes like it, too. It's pretty fun, wheêéëèe!

Huh...I always forget there's a cod to do that. I always change the language on my keyboard to the one I need... Cool.

iPod Touch can do that by holding the e and selecting the one with the accent.

Olé!
