Goof on all the main pages?

I think there is a goof on all of the main pages.
When you click and hold the "13% off sale" button it changes to "15% off sale"

It's more likely a goof with the Main Page messages button. When they made the 13% button, they probably just used an older button and forgot to change the text in the "click on" frames.

That would mean it's a goof.
