So... essentially you want every H*R fan to not only tell their friends (which I can only assume all/most of us do anyway), but you also want us to spam other non-H*R related forums with things telling them to come to the site whether they want to or not? Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I wasn't a fan because I hadn't come across it in any way, then I sure as hell wouldn't want my favorite forums and message boards filled with stuff about some internet cartoon that I'd never even heard of. That would, if anything, repel me because that would give a horrible impression of what the fans are like in general.
I just don't feel as though the rest of the internet should be filled with endorsement and advertisement for H*R...I really feel that the rest of the web would look upon us as nooby fascists of some sort. And the sheer loss of self respect I would get from a reputation like that...
Don't get me wrong; I love H*R and I think that the more fans it has, the better. But honestly, how would you like it if people were to post link after link after link to some newgrounds user who makes internet cartoons all over this forum? It'd get pretty annoying after a day or two. It'd be like the people who post links to their profiles on youtube that then get 'marked as spam' just because they think they're so much more awesome than everyone else.
I hope I'm not the only one who feels this way...

I've been gone for a while, but I'm back, & ready to enjoy the site (I ment H*R.com on that last comment).

Please, no threads encouraging spamming other parts of the internet with H*R-related things. That's seriously annoying and we won't tolerate its being promoted here on this forum. Trying to get your friends into Homestar is great, and we already have a thread about that here. Since that leaves this thread with no purpose save to encourage users to spam other forums and similar, it's locked now.
