I must say i'm kinda disappointed, I really wanted new content, not a free copy of a game I already own.

True. This is a really great gift to the fans who don't own the game yet... -by Telltale.
I was hoping for some new content by TBC themselves (i.e. a new 'toon or game or something like that).
(This actually sounds ungrateful, and I don't mean to be. I hope you guys can understand how I mean it.)

No no, it doesn't sound ungrateful. I'm disappointed too. Those of us who post here (read: more than just casual fans) are more likely to already own the game, so it's kind of a non-update.

I think we would have got it by now. It is nice to the people who don't want to pay 30$ for the game, and don't want to play the demo. If you people don't stop being ungrateful we'll ALL be burninated!

Yeah, I gotta say that this was enough of a disappointment to actually motivate me to post back on here after having nothing to say for quite some time. I mean, to be absent for a month and a half, then to be teased with promise of something coming up, only to have that something be something any die hard fan already has, it just seems a little insensitive to the fans. I know we're not owed anything, but it could have been presented in a better way, even with a thirty second toon or something.

I agree. The way they worded the notice (combined with the fact that they didn't update the "last updated" date) made me suspect it might be store-related, but I thought, nah, surely it'll be a toon. I think they should have worded the notice less ambiguously, so we wouldn't have gotten our hopes up.
