The Thick 'N' Nasty Is actually something me and my friends nicknamed the Quarter Pounder in Russia because it was DEEESGUUUSSTING. But i think i would get the isosceles fish sandwich because A) the announcer guy was even unsure of it's existence making it rare and therefore highly valuable and B) because i love fish and math!

Probably the Isosceles Fish Sandwich, simply 'cause few people buy the thing. And it has to be better for you than the burgers, especially if they're made the exact same way as the burgers at, say, McDonald's.
